An all over body workout, designed to increase your core strength, improve your balance and tone up your body. By using a Fitball this low impact class combine strength exercises with abdominal work to ensure a comfortable yet challenging workout for all participants. Through correct techniques and better balance you can tighten your tummy and improve your general posture while also gaining strength and flexibility.​
