CLASSES & COURSES

Increase your fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and strength through something fun and therapeutic! You will learn the basics of punching and kicking while keeping your heart rate up and also burning fat. Participants will learn how to maximise their speed and agility as well as power to get the most from their punches and kicks and also how to effectively guard against them.

    None needed! Just come along and be prepared to sweat! But if you have a pair of boxing gloves, please bring them!
