POLE COURSES
Here at Pole Fever, we offer 12 exciting Pole Dancing courses so you will always be pushing your limits, learning new things and never getting bored! Our levels that we offer are:
Beginner One
This course designed to introduce you to the fine art of Pole Dancing. In this course you will learn various techniques, sexy pole spins, and various routines. You will start to notice improvement in your upper body strength by the end of the course.
Beginner Two
This course is a follow on from Beginner 1, zoning in on technique and upper body strength. We will provide you with a lot more strengthening exercises getting you ready to hit the Intermediate level.
Intermediate
Time for fun!!! This 8 week course will strengthen and condition your abs ready for the acrobatic tricks and intense pole grips which make our intermediate course what it is.
Advanced
Show us what you're made of!!! By this stage I am sure you have noticed a change in your body, toned abs, upper body strength etc. You're not done yet! You will be performing tricky aerial tricks, upside down flips, and hanging free over this 8 week course.
Ultimate
Just when you thought you had mastered everything pole dancing could be, think again!! This is the ultimate course for 8 weeks of fun and fitness. Our routines are slinky, sexy and our aerial tricks are even more difficult. If you have made it this far you can't give up now!
Extreme
By now you wont even know yourself, or at least who you were when you first started with Pole Fever. All pole tricks in our extreme 8 week course are hardcore and impressive indeed. At the end of this course you will be able to perform to your friends and family your own routine.
Masters 101
You're now nearly at your Peak! Learn on the fun acrobatic aerial tricks
Masters 102
Following on from Masters 101 you will learn more aerials, inverts, and tricks.
Platinum
For those hardcore polers! this is the course for you. You must of completed Masters 102 and passed.
Platinum Elite
Platinum Elite follows on from Platinum 2 and is the last in the series! After Platinum there will be a new range of Pole Courses as you have made it to Elite Level!
