With no dance or gymnastics background, Crystal is proud that her 7 years of training have culminated in her becoming Miss Pole Dance Northwest USA 2008, Miss Pole Dance Canada 2010, Best Entertainer and People Choice Award at the 2010 World Pole Dance Championships and was also a finalist at the I World Pole Cup 2011 in Rio de Janiero, Brazil.

Crystal hopes by revealing her lack of a dance or gymnastics background will inspire future pole dancers who question their potential; pole dancing can truly stand alone to develop strength and fluidity. With her dancing, she wishes to help progress the technical and performance aspects of her sport as well as use her platform to educate the public about the sport and art of pole dancing. Einstein once said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited; imagination encircles the world.”

Anastasia has never been dancing, pole or never been a gymnast. Anastasia was studying in a Russian university of friendship. Anastasia was to be an expert-engineer in a food production, before she found the Art of Pole.
Anastasia started to pole dance in December 2008. She was 18 years old. Nearly 19, was very weak. Didn't have any power. Didn't have any splits or flexibility in her legs. I was flexible in my back. But not like now.
After one year of pole dancing Anastasia started to take a private lessons with circus artists on aerial silks and with additional weight. It gave her a lot of power. Then after 6 months of silks she began taking ballet and contortion classes with another circus artist. So it gave her beautiful pointed toes and straight legs. Anastasia went to teach in Milan Pole dance studio for 3 months. She learned the Italian language there. She also did workshops in Paris and was a judge at Miss Pole Dance Germany, where she also gave workshops on the Pole and Silks. And that's how Anastasia started her big pole tours. And she still continues to travel and teach pole and contortion workshops.

Equally in 2011 she was the winner of Miss Pole Dance South Africa and reached the semi-finals of the World Pole & Fitness Championships in Budapest.
Venessa has quickly made a name for herself on the international pole fitness stage, having risen to the top of the South African field in the five short years since she discovered the sport. Having an extensive background in fitness, she had been dancing for just six months when she was named runner up in Miss Pole Dance South Africa 2006 (a spot she retained for the 2008, 2009 and 2010 competitions). Now the owner of Ladies Alternative Fitness, a small but highly successful studio in Johannesburg, she is constantly at work developing her signature strength-oriented style of dancing, including the aerial combinations and move transitions that have made her the dancer to beat at both local and international competitions..
Her love for fitness and sports started late in life where she started her competitive career in IFBB Miss Fitness. During this time she completed her sports and nutrition sciences diploma, developed a love for teaching and imparting knowledge. Titles included runner up in nationals IFBB, Exergise and Miss Fitness South Africa. Despite her own successes in competitions, a number of her students have also reached pinnacles these titles include runner up Amateur division 2006, 2007, winner Amateur 2008 and most recently runner up Amateur division and winner and runner up Intermediate division 2012.

Having already spent several years as a feature performer in the exotic dance industry when pole dancing for "regular" women first appeared around 2004, Jamilla was one of Australia's first professional pole dancers (most exotic dancers do not in fact perform acrobatic pole dancing!) and became an establishing influence in the newly-emerging independent pole dance industry both in Australia and worldwide. As Jamilla says, "the discipline of public performance in which I needed not only strength and flexibility but also the ability to combine all of this with sensuality, has been invaluable in imparting to me as a dancer a sense of grace in movement".
